If you asked yourself what happened to Greydon’s last day of ninth grade photos, you are correct in wondering what happened. Greydon decided his last day of school would be the day before it was supposed to be his last day of school. He was done with classes, grades were in, testing complete. So I let him skip school. I’m cool like that.

Unenthused that summer break was over, he did pretty well getting up and catching the bus. Per the norm, our two cats were up and helping prepare everyone for their day by offering to eat our breakfast leftovers. We walked him out, and he turned back for a hug from Dad and Mom. And yes, he’s taller than Fletcher now.
